Cranes undertake core material handling tasks in the metal industry, covering the entire process of smelting, processing and logistics. In the smelting process, metallurgical cranes complete the transfer of iron ladle (load capacity up to 500 tons), accurate casting of steel casters and scrap feeding; in the hot rolling process, electromagnetic cranes to achieve high-temperature slabs (1,200 ℃) fast lifting; cold rolling workshop through the vacuum suction cup cranes to complete the non-destructive handling of thin plate.
The equipment needs to have three major characteristics: high temperature resistance (equipped with heat shield), impact resistance (modular steel structure) and intelligent control (laser positioning ±1mm accuracy). The new crane integrates PLC automatic control system, realizes multi-agency linkage operation, and is equipped with safety devices such as steel splash prevention and large car deflection correction.
